Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our jewelry, returns are handled with care and intention.

Returns

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable, including original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping labels.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different piece, we recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations may occur. These subtle differences are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade jewelry.
