Shipping Policy

Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with intention, care, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade jewelry, processing times vary slightly depending on the piece you’ve selected.

Processing

Ready-to-ship pieces are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order designs are created just for you and require 1–2 weeks for production, depending on order volume and quantity. This slower process ensures each piece meets our quality standards and arrives exactly as intended.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery Timing

After shipment, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to postal demand or seasonal fluctuations.

A Note on Delays

While we take great care in preparing and sending your order, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package experiences a delay or appears lost, please reach out and we will gladly assist in any way we can.
